πŸ–₯ Today at 7:15 you can join Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and Health Minister Adrian Dix for a Virtual Townhall where they’ll answer questions from British Columbians: https://www.facebook.com/events/1574249359407333/. You can submit your questions in advance at: www.gov.bc.ca/covid19townhalls.

πŸ”΄ Sadly, one more person has passed away due to COVID-19 in BC. My thoughts are with their family and community in this incredibly difficult time.

As Dr. Henry mentioned, if all continues to go well – which is expected – next week we will move into Phase 2 of BC’s four-phase restart plan. Dr. Henry mentioned that in this new chapter calm and patience must be top of mind. From families, to businesses, and individuals, we must all take time to think about how we are going to adapt to the new normal. We must continue to be thoughtful and careful.

Be safe. Be well.

CBC News: BC reports 23 new COVID-19 cases since Saturday, 1 more death.
