COVID-19 Update April 14, 2020:

πŸ“Š There are 27 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in BC. There are a total of 1517 cases in BC. There are 601 cases in the Fraser Health region.

πŸ”΄ 3 more people have passed away from COVID-19 in BC. This brings the total number of deaths in BC to 72. I extend my sincerest condolences to all of the families and caregivers as they mourn in this incredibly difficult time.

βœ…BC 211 is now connecting volunteers with seniors who may need support for certain daily activities. If you’re a senior who needs assistance, or a volunteer who wants to help, call 2-1-1 or visit bc211.ca.

Together, we are flattening the curve. We owe it our health care and essential workers to keep it up. Let’s stay 2 metres away, avoid touching our face, and of course, staying home.
